Hey guys I’m Stefan. I’m an alignment based Vinyasa teacher and traveling yoga teacher trainer. I love getting into the intricacies of the yoga practice to make it both intelligent and effortless. For me yoga should heal injuries, develop balance, create space in our bodies and minds, and create a lightness, an effortless of being.
The program I’ve created for you within this space will help develop 3 often misunderstood and challenging parts of our practice - inversions (leading up to forearm balances), backbends and binds. Each video is it’s own practice working towards a peak pose - we’ll dive deeper into each of those areas in each video, shedding a new light not just on these poses but your approach to the practice in general, your approach to yoga.
This program is primarily for practitioners who want to develop their practice to the next level – don’t fret though if you’re new, the detail here will simply start you off on the right foot –feel free to take the easier options at first, and build from there.
