Power Flow & Meditation Teacher
Hey guys! I’m Melissa and I’m excited to share these power flow classes with you. This program is all about getting the most out of yourself, improving your strength, flexibility and focus at the same time.
Each online yoga video is a complete practice. We will warm up and get into the body and work on grounding ourselves in breath. I will also give you cues and tips to feel good in your body. At times we will move with our breath, that’s the flow, but don’t feel hurried – take it at your own pace and it will become a moving meditation.
You will be worked hard, but we will end the classes with a good, juicy stretch out so you’ll leave feeling amazing.
When you feel challenged, see if you can override muscle fatigue with your breath. Power flow helps us see we are stronger and more resilient than we think! It’s also absolutely fine to take a break at any time you need. Just drop into child’s pose until you’re ready to join back in.
Do what you can, when you can but coming 3 times a week is going to ensure you get maximum benefits from this awesome practice. Enjoy!
