Pre Natal Yoga
Coming Soon : The Prenatal Yoga Program is a set of energising and relaxing yoga classes designed to support you during the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. It’s the perfect program to strengthen and nurture your body and focus on your pregnancy. It will enable you to keep moving in a fun and safe way. You will also learn useful breathing techniques that women have employed for generations in assisting natural birth by staying centred, calm and strong. Have the pleasure of being guided by Fee who is currently expecting a baby herself!
Props: It is recommended that you have a blanket and a bolster (or any other big cushion/rolled up blanket) handy.
Please note: Although this program is designed to provide a safe yoga practice during your 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy, we strongly recommend that you check with your obstetrician or midwife for their medical advice relating to your unique situation, body and baby. Always listen to your body and rest when you need to.
