Deepen Your Practice
Deepen Your Practice is a series of 30 minute practices that focus on Forearm balances, Backbends and Binds.
Each practice is straight to the point yet full of tricks and details, so you’ll notice instant and long term changes in the way you practice.
Stefan encourages you to set yourself a challenge. Choose Forearm Balances, Backbends or Binds as a focus, and repeat the practice at least twice a week for a month. Or if you’re really up for it – challenge yourself to adding all 3 videos to your weekly practice. Either way, you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve in a very short period of time.
Style: Stefan’s classes are highly engaging with lots of technical narrative to help build your knowledge and keep you focussed.
Props: Straps and a block are offered as an option in some videos.
